针对教育部“卓越工程师教育培养计划”和培养应用型创新人才的要求，提出了地方高校工科专业应用型创新师资队伍应具有的素质，特别是科研能力及产业技术支撑能力，并探讨了地方高校工科专业应用型创新师资队伍的培养方法，主要强调青年教师学历提升、科研项目锻炼、企业实践锻炼、产学研合作锻炼等途径。“,”Based on the ＂Program of Excellent Engineers＇ Education and Cultivation＂ of the Education Ministry of China as well as the requirements of the cultivation of application-oriented talents,the paper proposes the quality that the application-oriented teachers of engi- neering should be qualified in local colleges and universities, especially emphasizing their a~ilifies to do scientific research and to support indus- trial technology. Methods for training application and innovation oriented teachers in engineering professions is also proposed, including training teachers to get higher degrees,to do more scientific research,to do more practice in enterprises,and to do research on cooperation between en- terprises and universities.
