普通平键虽已列为国家标准,组织定点生产,但从目前生产状况看,尚不能满足用户需要。因此,对多品种中小批量生产的企业说来,还得靠自己生产。平键中有宽有窄、有长有短、有两头带圆弧的、有一头带圆弧的,用手工锉削或者用铣刀铣圆弧方法比较落后,效率低、劳动强度大。为适应生产需要,针对以上情况,我们设计制造了铣平键圆弧通用可调整夹具(图1)。该夹具通过可调可换元件的调整,可以适应各种不同规格尺寸的平键圆弧加工。夹具结构如下:
Although the ordinary flat key has been listed as national standards, organization of fixed-point production, but from the current production status, still can not meet user needs. Therefore, for many varieties of small and medium batch production enterprises, we must rely on their own production. Flat keys are wide and narrow, there are long and short, with two arcs, one with a circular arc, hand filing or milling arc milling method is relatively backward, inefficient, labor-intensive. In order to meet the production needs, in view of the above situation, we design and manufacture of milling flat key arc universal adjustable fixture (Figure 1).
