目的比较观察本实验室培育的近交系HFJ大鼠和Wistar大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-2和IL-10的含量。方法 HFJ大鼠和远交群Wistar大鼠各10只,应用ELISA法分别检测其血清IL-1β、IL-2和IL-10水平。结果 HFJ大鼠血清中IL-1β、IL-2的含量与Wistar大鼠相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HFJ大鼠血清中IL-10的含量高于Wistar大鼠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且HFJ大鼠的IL-1β、IL-2和IL-10总体离散度明显小于Wistar大鼠组。结论 HFJ大鼠血清IL-10高于Wistar大鼠且近交系HFJ大鼠的IL-1β、IL-2和IL-10,测定值较为均一,离散度均低于Wistar大鼠。
Objective To compare the contents of IL-1β, IL-2 and IL-10 in sera of HFJ rats and Wistar rats cultured in our laboratory. Methods Ten HFM rats and 10 Wistar rats were used in this study. Serum levels of IL-1β, IL-2 and IL-10 were detected by ELISA. Results The levels of IL-1β and IL-2 in serum of HFJ rats were not significantly different from those of Wistar rats (P> 0.05). The content of IL-10 in serum of HFJ rats was higher than that of Wistar rats There was statistical significance (P <0.05). And the overall dispersion of IL-1β, IL-2 and IL-10 in HFJ rats was significantly less than that in Wistar rats. Conclusions IL-10 in serum of HFJ rats is higher than that of Wistar rats and IL-1β, IL-2 and IL-10 in inbred HFJ rats. The measured values are more uniform and the dispersity is lower than that of Wistar rats.
