Children grow up, although also dependent on their parents, but they also always want to have a little consumer freedom. This is completely normal today when the commodity economy is booming. Now children are generally about 1O years old, parents will consider giving them pocket money on a monthly basis. The initial amount is small, with the increase of age, the need to increase, the amount of pocket money has also increased. At present, junior high school students in Shanghai spend about 5 to 10 yuan a month on pocket money. In addition, parents often have to pay extra for holidays, birthdays or school trips. Recently, quite a few newspapers have disclosed that large and middle school students and even primary school students are not required to spend too much on non-living expenses. They are not only spending more money but also spending more. This situation should arouse the attention of parents and teachers.
