班主任是指每个班集体都要设置的任教主任,我国相关的制度规定,在一个班学生达到四十人的时候,需要设置助教员一名。这就是我们常说的班主任,班主任是班级的领导者和教育者,是贯彻国家教育方针、促进学生健康成长的最直接人员。因此,加强对班主任的思想道德教育至关重要,班主任要努力成为中小学生的人生导师。要做好中职班主任工作,必须要熟悉中职学生在学习中可能出现的问题,并要做好教育工作。
