应用紊流的数学模型于太钢初轧厂均热炉,该模型包括三维的素流 Navier—stokes 方程和 K—ε两方程模型的紊流方程,计算机预报的流场与1:5的物理模型的流场显示进行对照,证明计算机程序的正定性。予报的流场有助于人们对烟气流的组织,得出了一些有用的结论。
The turbulent mathematical model is applied to the soaking furnace of the first rolling mill in TISCO. The model includes the three-dimensional turbulent equations of the coupled two-equation model of the well-flow Navier-Stokes equation and the K-ε equation. The flow field predicted by the computer and the 1: 5 physical The flow field of the model is compared to prove the positiveness of the computer program. The reported flow field helps people to organize the smoke flow, and draws some useful conclusions.
