肝癌是我国的一种常见肿瘤,对于该病的治疗,目前除了手术、化疗等尚无很好的治疗方法,而且除根治性切除有可能根治肝癌外,多数患者在确诊以后的生存时间较短.所以,国内外都在寻找一些新的方法,与传统的疗法进行综合治疗,这些方法主要是一些生物疗法,如免疫治疗,基因治疗等.其中,基因治疗有较大的发展潜力.我们实验室开发了靶向性非病毒载体GE7基因导入系统,该系统包括可与受体特异性结合的配体寡肽GE7和内吞小体释放寡肽HA20(其成份为流感病毒血凝素氨基末端20个氨基酸残基,用来使内吞小泡释放内容物,防止进入细胞内的外源基因被溶酶体酶系降解).GE7基因导入系统的特点是可以靶向性的介导外源基因进入EGF受体高表达的细胞,并具有较高的转导效率.

The GE7 gene delivery system is characterized by targeted mediation of exogenous sources. The gene enters cells with high expression of EGF receptor and has high transduction efficiency.
