本文系统阐述了我国油菜新品种的培育历程,以湖北省为例分析了1987年以来油菜新品种在湖北省的审定与推广情况,根据1987—2009年的时间序列数据,利用最小二乘法对新品种推广对湖北省油菜籽生产效率的影响进行了测算,研究发现油菜新品种推广在实现品种改善的同时,促进了油菜籽种植面积增加和单产提高,间接提高了油菜种植户的生产效益,具有一定的经济学意义,并在研究结论的基础上提出了加强油菜籽新品种培育的政策建议。
This paper systematically expounded the breeding history of new rapeseed varieties in our country. Taking Hubei Province as an example, the validation and popularization of new rapeseed varieties in Hubei province since 1987 was analyzed. According to the time series data from 1987 to 2009, The results showed that the promotion of new rapeseed varieties could not only improve the varieties, but also promote the increase of rapeseed planting area and yield, and indirectly increase the production efficiency of rapeseed farmers. A certain economic significance, and based on the conclusion of the study put forward some policy recommendations to strengthen the cultivation of new varieties of rapeseed.
