苏州作为全国日企最密集地区之一,日语相关人才需求旺盛,但通过招聘难以完全获得日语相关人才的日企也致力于企业内部的日语人才培养,这在很大程度上损害了企业的应得利益。以日企人才需求标准为培养目标的高职日语专业毕业生在专业技能、职业素养、人文素养等方面与日企要求的人才规格尚存在相当大的差距。针对日企需求,高职日语教学偏失对策包括:从能力分解式技能训练向能力合成式技能训练转变、从“书斋式”教师队伍向“双师型”教师队伍建设转变、将日企环境转化为学校的日企仿真的软环境。
