房地产业是我国经济发展的重要力量,在整个经济活动中的地位自然也不言而喻,但是过度的倚重某一行业不仅仅会使得整个经济失衡,也会由于调控难的问题使得它成为一颗定时炸弹。在中央银行对房地产业的调控中,积极的货币政策往往能刺激房市上涨,但是货币政策对房地产的抑制作用却显得乏力,这其中有货币政策本身的限制,但是如果能加强平时市场变化的监测,完善货币政策在房地产行业的传导渠道,建立行业危机应对机制,会减少房地产业可能带来的危机。
