2014年是吉林省深入实施“十二五”医改规划的关键之年。一年来,吉林省更加注重改革的系统性、整体性和协同性,突出重点、突破难点,统筹谋划、稳步推进,医改重点工作实现四个推进。公立医院改革加快推进县级公立医院综合改革试点成效显著。2014年4月,全国推进县级公立医院综合改革试点工作电视电话会议后,吉林省认真按照要求,加快落实会议部署。一是强化责任。将“2014年全省50%县(市)启动实施县级公立医院综合改革”任务纳入《吉林省全面深化改革实施规划(2014~2020年)》
