目的 分析对于大面积烧伤患者采用综合康复护理的临床效果.方法 对照组为常规护理,观察组联合运用综合康复护理.结果 两组护理前SAS、SDS评分较高P ＞ 0.05,护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组P ＜ 0.05;观察组治疗依从性为100.00％,对照组为90.00％,P ＜ 0.05.结论 给予大面积烧伤患者综合康复护理可有效改善其负面情绪,并进一步提升治疗依从性.“,”Objective To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for large area burn patients. Methods The control group was routine nursing, and the observation group was combined with comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. Results The SAS、SDS score of the two groups before nursing was higher P＞0.05, the SAS、SDS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group P＜0.05, the treatment compliance of the observation group was 100.00, the control group was 90.00, and the P＜0.05. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for large area burn patients can effectively improve their negative emotions and further improve their compliance.
