校本研究共同体是研究教师专业发展的重要概念,是促进教师专业发展的有效途径,是提升专业教学质量的有力组织。高职旅游管理专业作为新时期旅游人才的主要培养基地,专业教师的教学能力需要不断提升,专业教师的未来发展需要合理引领,校本研究共同体的有效构建能改变教师固化的学习和工作状态,增强教师学习的主观能动性,提高工作效率,增强团队的凝聚力。笔者从校本研究共同体的组建,校本研究活动的实施,校本研究活动的保障三方面着力构建,以期形成开放、互信、互助的教学团队文化。
The school-based research community is an important concept for the study of teachers’ professional development, an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers, and a powerful organization for enhancing the quality of professional teaching. As the major training base of tourism talents in the new era, the specialty of tourism management in higher vocational colleges needs to be improved. The professional teachers’ teaching ability needs to be continuously improved. The future development of professional teachers needs to be led rationally. The effective construction of school-based research communities can change the solidified learning and working conditions of teachers. Teachers learn the subjective initiative to improve work efficiency and enhance team cohesion. The author constructs a school-based community, the implementation of school-based research activities and the guarantee of school-based research activities in order to form an open, mutual trust and mutual aid teaching team culture.
