本文总结了34例急性心肌梗塞患者,随机分组治疗后1周的对比观察。去纤组临床症状缓解率(90.91%)明显高于对照组(西药组65.91%),P<0.01,两组差异非常显著。血浆纤维蛋白原浓度较用药前降低(P<.01)。PT比值及PTT(s)均较用药前延长,有高度显著性(p<0.01)。
This article summarizes 34 patients with acute myocardial infarction, randomized controlled group 1 week after the comparison. The clinical symptom relief rate (90.91%) in the defibrinated group was significantly higher than that in the control group (65.91% in the western medicine group) (P <0.01). The difference between the two groups was significant. Plasma fibrinogen concentration was lower than before treatment (P <.01). PT ratio and PTT (s) were longer than before treatment, which were highly significant (p <0.01).
