目的比较治疗慢性乙型肝炎单纯常规用药和联用葡醛酸钠(莱恩泰宁)治疗血清生化指标的变化。方法62例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为2组,分别给予维生素、苦参碱及维生素、苦参碱、葡醛酸钠(莱恩泰宁)治疗6周,观察血清生化指标及乙型肝炎病毒血清标志物PCR的变化。结果2组治疗后,肝功能均有改善,但联用葡醛酸钠(莱恩泰宁)治疗组的肝功能较对照组有明显改善。结论葡醛酸钠(莱恩泰宁)能有效的改善慢性乙型肝炎患者的肝功能。
Objective To compare the changes of serum biochemical indexes in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B patients with simple routine medication and combined with sodium gluconate (Ryan Taining). Methods Sixty-two patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into two groups. Vitamins, matrine and vitamins, matrine and sodium gluconate (Lien Taining) were given for 6 weeks respectively. Serum biochemical indexes and hepatitis B virus Serum marker changes in PCR. Results After treatment, liver function was improved in both groups, but the liver function of the combination group treated with sodium gluconate (Lien Taining) was significantly improved compared with the control group. Conclusion Sodium gluconate (Lien Taining) can effectively improve the liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis B.
