塑料硬管在农田输水灌溉中广为运用,但对接要求严实,不许漏水。现介绍一种经济实用的水煮对接法: 先将一节木棍按塑料管粗细做成圆锥形撑木,表面刨光,根部直径比塑料管外径稍大,尾部钻一圆孔,穿一根直径约18毫米的钢筋,以便撑插后拔出,木锥表面可涂一层黄油起润滑作用。对接时按输水方向,将各节塑料管后端削成坡口,前端放入沸水中煮,水煮部分应比插接部分长1—3厘米。水煮时间一般为15—20分钟。当管煮热软化后,取出来迅速将撑木敲打进去,管口撑到比原来外径大0.5—1厘米时拔出撑木,赶快把上节管子削好的一端插入深15—20厘米。冷却后就会紧紧收缩,达到紧密效果。
