This paper introduces the development and research of the software of Computer Consulting System for Basic Engineering Optimization Decision, including the composition, function and related technology of the system. The software provides users with advisory services when making decisions about the foundation treatment method and basic form in order to make cost-effective decisions quickly and in a timely manner.
