党的十六届三中全会明确提出:“坚持以人为本,树立全面、协调、可持续的发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展”。党的十六大则把形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进人的全面发展作为我国全面建设小康社会的目标之一。如何创建学习型社会,促进人的全面、协调和自由发展,涉及到机制、体制、法律、政策、资金和技术等诸多问题,也对现行教育制度和模式提出了新的挑战。本文从技术角度,提出了“教育超市”的概念,并讨论了其实现的可能性和对创建学习型社会的作用。
The Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee clearly pointed out: “Persisting in people-oriented principle, establishing a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development concept and promoting economic, social and people’s all-round development.” The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party regards learning-oriented and life-long learning society as a whole and promotes all-round development of people as one of the goals for building an overall well-to-do society in our country. How to create a learning society and promote people’s overall, coordinated and free development involves many issues such as the mechanism, system, law, policy, capital and technology, and also poses new challenges to the existing education system and mode. This article from the technical point of view, put forward the concept of “education supermarket”, and discusses the possibility of its realization and the role of creating a learning society.
