应用金属喷镀来达到防锈的目的,目前在国外比较普遍,且收到较好效果。特别是在碳钢上喷镀锌和铝来防止工业大气、淡水、海水,高温氧化及某些有机酸等的腐蚀,已得到比较广泛的应用。据报导,美国焊接学会于五十年代就着手研究露天的铁栅栏采用氧气—乙炔火焰喷镀铝或锌的热喷镀工艺,使用19年后经现场观察,镀层完好无损。根据腐蚀试验的报告,并结合大量的应用实例表明,采用热喷镀锌或铝对钢铁材料的保护是非常有效的。
Application of metal spraying to achieve the purpose of rust prevention, is currently more common in foreign countries, and received good results. In particular, zinc and aluminum sprayed on carbon steel to prevent the industrial atmosphere, fresh water, sea water, high temperature oxidation and some organic acids, such as corrosion, has been more widely used. It has been reported that in the 1950s, the American Welding Society started to study the open-air iron fence using oxygen-acetylene flame sprayed aluminum or zinc thermal spraying process. After 19 years of field observation, the coating was intact. According to the corrosion test report, combined with a large number of application examples show that the use of thermal spraying of zinc or aluminum on the protection of steel materials is very effective.
