法治思维和法治方式下的“三改一拆”

今年以来,全省各级党委、政府把“三改一拆”作为深化法治浙江建设的大平台、试验田、试金石和活教材深入推进。截至12月16日,浙江累计拆除违法建筑2.98亿平方米,改造旧住宅区、旧厂区、城中村面积3.31亿平方米。“三改一拆”行动,拆出了转型发展,改出了美丽环境,加快了民生改善,提升了政府公信。

Since the beginning of this year, the party committees and governments at all levels throughout the province have used “three reforms, one disarmament and demobilization” as the platform for deepening the construction of Zhejiang under the rule of law. Experimental fields, touchstone and live teaching materials have been further promoted. As of December 16, Zhejiang has totally demolished 298 million square meters of illegal buildings and renovated 331 million square meters of old residential area and old factory area. “Three changes and one split ” action, demobilized the transformation and development, changed the beautiful environment, accelerated the improvement of people’s livelihood, and raised the government’s credibility.
