(一)配抖装袋培养料为木屑78%,麸皮20%,糖、石膏粉各1%,按常规加水拌匀后过筛,装入12×50厘米的塑料袋中.两头袋口用线扎紧并灼烧封好,用直径1.5厘米的打洞器打洞,洞距9厘米、深2～2.5厘米,洞口贴胶布,常压灭菌6～8小时,闷一夜。
