[目的]观察针灸配合通心络胶囊联合西药治疗气虚血瘀络阻型面瘫疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法随机分为两组,均西药对症治疗。对照组30例针刺治疗(患侧阳白、鱼腰、丝竹空、太阳、颧骼、下关、地仓、颊车、四白、迎香、完骨、豁风等穴,配风池、合谷、关元、气海)手法用补,得气后留针30min,每10min行针1次。1周内前5d,1次/d,休息2d,连续治疗4周。治疗组30例通心络胶囊口服,4粒/次,3次/d,连续服用4周;针灸治疗同对照组。观测临床症状、Portmann简易评分。均4周为1疗程,连续治疗1疗程,随访180d,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效9例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%。对照组痊愈10例,显效7例,有效6例,无效7例,总有效率76.67%。痊愈显效率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);平均痊愈时间治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);周围性面瘫症状总积分改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]针灸配合通心络胶囊联合西药治疗气虚血瘀络阻型面瘫疗效满意,提高痊愈、显效比例,缩短治疗时间。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Tongxinluo capsule and western medicine in treating facial paralysis with deficiency of qi and blood stasis. [Methods] Using randomized parallel control method, 60 cases of inpatients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to the sequence number of visiting doctor, all were treated symptomatically with western medicine. Control group of 30 cases of acupuncture treatment (ipsilateral Yangbai, fish waist, silk bamboo empty, sun, zygomatic, Shimonoseki, and warehouse, buccal car, four white, Ying Xiang, , Hegu, Guan Yuan, sea of gas) with make up, get the gas left after the needle 30min, needle every 10min 1. 1 week before 5d, 1 time / d, rest 2d, continuous treatment for 4 weeks. The treatment group, 30 cases of Tongxinluo capsule oral, 4 capsules / time, 3 times / d, taking 4 consecutive weeks; acupuncture treatment with the control group. Observed clinical symptoms, Portmann simple score. 4 weeks for a course of treatment, a course of continuous treatment, follow-up 180d, to determine the efficacy. [Results] The treatment group cured 16 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 3 cases, ineffective in 2 cases, the total effective rate was 93.33%. The control group recovered 10 cases, markedly effective in 7 cases, effective in 6 cases, ineffective in 7 cases, the total effective rate was 76.67%. (P <0.05). The average recovery time in treatment group was better than that in control group (P <0.05). The improvement of total score of peripheral facial paralysis was better in treatment group than in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Acupuncture combined with Tongxinluo capsule combined with western medicine is effective in treating facial paralysis with deficiency of qi and blood stasis, improving the cure rate and improving the effective rate and shortening the treatment time.
