研究了绞股蓝皂甙在D101树脂上的吸附等温线和吸附动力学,并得到吸附动力学方程。在固定床上测定了连续流动过程D101树脂对绞股蓝皂甙的吸附行为,拟合了吸附透过曲线。用微分固定床测定了吸附过程的总传质系数,得到总传质系数对相对饱和吸附量的关系。
The adsorption isotherms and adsorption kinetics of Gypenosides on D101 resin were studied, and the adsorption kinetics equation was obtained. The adsorption behavior of Gypenosides on D101 resin in continuous flow was determined on a fixed bed and the adsorption transmission curves were fitted. The total mass transfer coefficient of the adsorption process was measured by differential fixed bed, and the relationship between the total mass transfer coefficient and the relative saturated adsorption capacity was obtained.
