使用30日龄商品代AA肉仔鸡回肠构建外翻肠囊模型,用硫酸锌制剂培养肠囊组织,验证肠囊有效性及确定肠囊培养时间为20 min。根据所选取的时间灌注不同补锌制剂,培养结束时取肠囊中的培养液,测量其酚红浓度矫正浆膜液终体积。用原子吸收光谱仪测量培养液中的Zn浓度,根据公式计算出不同补Zn制剂在肉仔鸡回肠中的吸收率。试验结果表明,各补锌制剂灌注肠囊20 min的吸收效率:甘草锌组>葡萄糖酸锌组>氨基酸螯合锌组>钙铁锌组>硫酸锌组,表明甘草锌颗粒制剂中锌元素的生物利用率最高,在肉仔鸡回肠中具有较好的吸收效果。
The 30-day-old commercial AA broiler ileum was used to construct the eversion gut capsule model. The gut tissue was cultured with zinc sulfate. The gut capsule was verified to be effective and the gut culture time was 20 min. According to the selected time infusion of different zinc preparations, culture medium taken in the end of the culture capsule, measuring the concentration of phenol red corrects the final volume of serosal fluid. The concentration of Zn in the culture solution was measured by atomic absorption spectrometer, and the absorption rate of different Zn-supplementing preparations in the ileum of the broiler chicken was calculated according to the formula. The experimental results showed that the absorption efficiency of each zinc supplement infused into the gut for 20 min was: zinc glycyrrhizinate group> zinc gluconate group> zinc amino acid chelate group> calcium iron zinc group> zinc sulphate group, indicating that zinc element The highest bioavailability, in the broiler ileum has a good absorption effect.
