本文研究了混合稀土元素对铝铜系铸造合金的作用。试验证明,为了获得最佳性能,合金中铜与稀土元素含量应保持一定的比例,使固溶体溶解的铜量达到最大值,而又不出现过剩的θ(CuAl_2)相。通过显微硬度、高温电阻的测定及电镜观察,说明稀土元素对合金耐烈性的有利影响,主要在于形成了分布在晶界的骨骼状金属间化合物。文中还探讨了铝—铜系合金中锰和锆的复合强化作用。
In this paper, the effect of mixed rare earth elements on aluminum-copper alloy casting alloys was studied. Experiments show that in order to obtain the best performance, the content of copper and rare earth elements in the alloy should be kept at a certain proportion so that the amount of copper dissolved in the solid solution reaches a maximum without excess CuAl2 phase. Through the measurement of microhardness and high temperature resistance and the observation by electron microscope, the beneficial effects of rare earth elements on the resistance of the alloys are mainly explained by the formation of skeletal intermetallic compounds distributed at grain boundaries. The article also discussed the aluminum - copper alloy manganese and zirconium composite strengthening.
