AJ—CD全文检索咨询服务具有多方面的优越性 ,主要表现在 :1 学科覆盖范围广泛 ,信息量大 ;2 时效性、动态性强 ;3 检索软件成熟 ,检中率高 ;4 全文数据 ,原版显示 ,打印迅速 ;5 光盘存贮 ,保证期刊收藏的相对完整 ;6 配备索引光盘 ,方便读者。图书馆要成功地开展全文检索咨询服务 ,首先要广泛宣传 ,扩大影响 ,其次要提高服务质量 ,信息服务多样化。此外 ,还要有计划地进行用户培训。CAJ—CD发展至今 ,虽然功能强大 ,但有些地方尚需完善 ,如核心期刊收录率尚需提高、期刊收入光盘的时间应准时、回溯功能应尽可能多途径等等。
