(本刊讯)“十三五”期间,青岛市将围绕建设“一带一路”枢纽型港口示范基地,实施三项举措,助推“一带一路”综合枢纽城市建设。一是依托青岛港航优势,探索政策与制度创新,争取政策先行先试,着力完善青岛航运法律法规及产业政策,推动青岛在税收优惠、船舶登记及口岸通关等相关政策上取得突破,营造有利于青岛港航产业发展的政策环境,对全国航运产业发展形成示范效应。
