布洛涅-比扬古(92)2015年竣工业主ICADE/ADN面积5 8000平米/造价8 700 000欧高质量环保设计/2012年节能法规工程SNC Lavalin项目旨在建造一个高质量的集体住宅。每个住宅单元蕴含一个独特的品质生活,具体体现在阳台、露台、天井、跃层空间、私人花园、视野、多朝向等。我们的作品力求把城市和建造上的约束条件转变成优势。连续的大凸窗立面朝向马塞尔-邦唐路,在这栋层叠状建筑的另一侧,坡道、自由形态的露台沿内部花园舒展。位于人口密集的城市中心地带,连续回缩的结构得以提供给每个住宅单元最大限度的空气和阳光。
Boulogne-Billancourt (92) Completed in 2015 Client: ICADE / ADN Area: 5,800 sq.m. / Cost: 8,700,000 Euro High-quality, eco-friendly design / energy-saving regulatory works in 2012 The SNC Lavalin project aims to build a high-quality collective home. Each residential unit contains a unique quality of life, embodied in the balcony, terrace, patio, thermocline, private garden, vision, multi-direction and so on. Our work seeks to transform urban and construction constraints into strengths. A continuous large bay window façade faces the Marcel-Bonton Road, on the other side of this cascading building, where a ramp and free-form patio stretch along the inner garden. Located in the heart of a densely populated city, the continuously retractable structure provides the maximum air and sunlight for each dwelling unit.
