目的:建立复方红景天咀嚼片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对红景天咀嚼片中的成分红景天、巴戟天和西洋参药材进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对红景天苷的含量进行测定。结果:TLC特征斑点明显、专属性强;红景天苷进样量在0.44~3.96μg/mL范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.14%。结论:TLC方法简单,专属性强;应用HPLC法测定红景天咀嚼片的红景天苷的含量灵敏、重现性好。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of compound Rhodiola chewable tablets. Methods: The constituents Rhodiola rosea, Morinda officinalis and Radix Panacis Quinquefolii in Rhodiola chewable tablets were qualitatively identified by TLC. The content of salidroside was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) Determination. Results: The spots of TLC were obvious and the specificity was strong. The injection volume of salidroside had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.44-3.96 μg / mL with the average recoveries of 98.14%. Conclusion: The method of TLC is simple and specific. The content of salidroside in Rhodiola chewable tablets is sensitive and reproducible.
