调查结果显示:河南省农村中小学体育教师学历基本达标,但数量不足,兼职比例过高,工作量大,待遇低,思想不稳定;体育课开课基本正常,但执行体育教学大纲、教材使用、教学组织等情况较差;体育场地、器材、经费严重不足;这些情况严重制约和限制了河南省农村中小学体育的发展。建议:提高领导的认识,完善各项制度,加强监督和管理。
The survey results show that physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in rural areas in Henan Province have basic education attainment standards, but the number is insufficient, the proportion of part-time job is too high, the workload is heavy, the treatment is low and their thoughts are unstable. The physical education classes are basically normal, but the physical education syllabus, Teaching organizations and other poor; sports venues, equipment, funding a serious shortage of these conditions seriously restrict and limit the development of rural primary and secondary schools in Henan Province. Suggestions: to raise the awareness of the leadership, improve the system, strengthen supervision and management.
