学校是培养面向21世纪人才胡基地,加强学生的全面素质教育已成为教育战线的共识。长期以来体育一直是学校的重要组成部分,也是培养素质人才不可缺少有教育内容之一。人是世界上第一可贵的,体育造就美得人,美得人创造美得世界。要完成这一任务,关键要有一支高素质有学校体育教师队伍。因此,提高学校体育教师素质,直接关系到学生全面素质的提高和高质量人才的培养。本文就是学校体育教师如何适应素质教育谈一点肤浅看法。
The school is to cultivate a talent base for talent in the 21st century, strengthening students’ overall quality education has become the consensus of education front. For a long time, sports has always been an important part of schools and one of the indispensable educational contents for cultivating qualified personnel. People are the most valuable in the world, and sports make beautiful people, and beautiful people create beautiful worlds. To accomplish this task, the key to have a high-quality school physical education teachers. Therefore, to improve the quality of school PE teachers is directly related to the improvement of overall quality of students and the cultivation of high quality talents. This article is about how physical education teachers adapt to quality education.
