随着我国城市经济建设事业的发展,商品流通的搞活以及城市人口、用地规模的扩大,大城市旧城中心地区,特别是商业中心及商业大街的人、车交通已不同程度发生高峰拥塞现象。及早采取有效措施来缓解商业与交通布局不协调的矛盾已日益引起人们的关注。本文结合我国旧城商业区(街)改建与新区商业布局的某些实践经验,就商业林荫步行街、通过式商业林荫道以及综合性商业广场等三方面的交通布局改善途径加以分析论述,笔者认为:因地制宜,从实际出发,搞好调整交通与商业的协调近、远期规划布局,是至关重要的。
With the development of China’s urban economic construction, the revitalization of commodity circulation, and the expansion of urban population and land use, peak crowding has occurred in people and vehicles in the center of the old urban areas of large cities, especially commercial centers and commercial avenues. The early adoption of effective measures to ease the contradiction between the uncoordinated layout of business and transportation has increasingly attracted people’s attention. Based on some practical experiences of the reconstruction of commercial areas (streets) and commercial distribution of new districts in China, this article analyzes and discusses the improvement of traffic layouts in three areas: commercial pedestrian malls, pass-through commercial malls, and integrated commercial malls. In light of local conditions, it is of utmost importance to proceed from the actual situation and do a good job of adjusting the near-term and long-term planning and coordination of transportation and commerce.
