目的:分析健康体检护理中沟通技巧的应用价值。方法:选择2014年6月至2015年6月我院收治的350例接受体检的人员资料进行临床分析,设定360例人员分成两个小组,一组设定为对照组,另一组设定为观察组。其中对照组应用我院常规的体检方法,而观察组人员则分别在体检前后接受护理干预,比较两个小组接受体检人员的护理满意度。结果:观察组的护理满意度比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:维持良好的护患关系利于护理人员更好的开展临床工作,可以提高体检人员依从性,可见,健康体检过程中,护理人员应用沟通技巧能优化体检程序。
Objective: To analyze the application value of communication skills in health examination. Methods: From June 2014 to June 2015, 350 cases of medical staff admitted to our hospital were selected for clinical analysis. 360 personnel were divided into two groups. One group was set as the control group and the other group was set For the observation group. The control group used routine physical examination in our hospital, and the observation group received nursing intervention before and after the physical examination respectively. The two groups were compared with the nursing satisfaction of the medical staff. Results: The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: To maintain a good nurse-patient relationship is conducive to nurses to carry out clinical work better, which can improve the compliance of the medical staff. Thus, during the physical examination, the nurses can optimize their medical procedures by applying the communication skills.
