本文简要介绍了中国特种设备检测研究院特种设备材料性能研究与评价试验室的建设背景,装备和试验情况,以及形成的研究能力。对已经完成的和正在进行的微损测试技术、材料高温损伤评价技术、氢环境材料适用性研究、材料断裂韧性测试和估算方法研究、材料性能数据积累和挖掘等科研工作进行了重点介绍。总结归纳了搭建科研型试验室的经验,并展望了今后的发展方向。
This article briefly introduces the construction background, equipment and test of China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute for Special Equipment Materials Performance Research and Evaluation Laboratory, as well as the formation of research capabilities. The research work on completed and ongoing micro-damage testing, high temperature damage evaluation of materials, applicability of hydrogen environmental materials, testing and estimating method of material fracture toughness, accumulation and excavation of material performance data are mainly introduced. Summarizes the experience of building research laboratory, and looks forward to the future direction of development.
