良好的社会信用是建立规范的社会主义市场经济秩序的保证。在加入WTO后的今天,建立完善的社会信用体系更是迫在眉睫。一、信用缺失及其成因分析江苏是经济大省,不仅国内商品流通和服务贸易发达,吸引外资和进出口贸易在全国也占有相当重要的地位。长期以来,江苏正是以诚信为本,使自己的经济获得了飞速发展,以占全国1%的土地,养育占全国5.74%的人口,并为全国的经济发展做了贡献,赢得了良好的信誉。据权威机构对企业进行的“你最愿意同哪个省做生意”的抽样调查,江苏排在上海、北京之后列全国第三位。这说明,江苏的信用状况是比较好的。
Good social credit is the guarantee of establishing a normative socialist market economic order. Today after joining the WTO, it is imperative to establish a sound social credit system. First, the lack of credit and its causes Jiangsu is an economically significant province, not only domestic goods circulation and service trade developed, attracting foreign investment and import and export trade in the country also occupies a very important position. For a long time, it was in a faith-based manner that Jiangsu made rapid progress in its economy, taking up 1% of the country’s total land and raising 5.74% of its population. It also contributed to the economic development of the country and won a good Reputation. According to a sample survey conducted by authoritative organizations on enterprises, “Which province do you most prefer to do business with?”, Jiangsu ranked third in the country after Shanghai and Beijing. This shows that the credit status of Jiangsu is better.
