中国已经真真切切地得到了WTO的入门券。我们不必再去论证入世的利益和弊端、机遇和挑战，而应把目光和精力放在如何应对和融入WTO。曾有不少人担心工业企业将难以承受WTO的冲击，而本刊日前在浦东不同所有制工业企业中进行了采访，强烈地感受到这些企业都表现出一种从容不迫、胸有成竹的态势。需要说明的是，这几家不同所有制的企业或者本身就已按照WTO的规则运作，或者已提前进入WTO状态，他们自然企盼中国早日入世，企盼企业赢得更大的商机。然而，细细品味他们欣然应对WTO的理由，不也给我们其他处于不同状况的工业企业带来深刻的启示吗？
China has really got the WTO entry voucher. Instead of demonstrating the benefits and drawbacks, opportunities and challenges of accession to the WTO, we should focus our attention on how to deal with and integrate into the WTO. There have been many people worried that industrial enterprises will be hard pressed to withstand the impact of WTO. However, this magazine recently interviewed among the industrial enterprises of different ownership types in Pudong and felt strongly that these enterprises all showed a calm and confident attitude. It should be noted that these enterprises with different ownership systems have either themselves operated in accordance with the WTO rules or entered the WTO in advance. They naturally expect China to join the WTO at an early date and expect enterprises to win more business opportunities. However, savoring the reasons why they are willing to deal with the WTO do not also give us deep inspiration for other industrial enterprises in different situations?
