苏联新研制成功一种无磁钢,含C 0.15—0.25,N 0.1—0.13,Mn 17—19,Si 2—2.5,V 1.1—1.5,这种钢制品经1175℃水淬后于600—750℃弥散硬化,600℃×6小时效。由于用氮合金化而显著提高了它在淬火和时效后的工艺性能,与一般无磁钢相比,延伸率提高了0.7—1.9倍,面缩率提高了0.2—1.2倍,该钢工艺性能好,生产成本低,是机器和仪表用无磁零件(也包括焊接结构件)的良好材料。
