用未成年狒的下颌髁状突来研究关节内注入皮质激素对软骨及骨的再生过程的后期影响。分析了在伴有尿磷增高和尿钙降低时血和尿均有明显的付甲状腺素含量增高现象。动物用激素治疗后,再生的髁状突显示出缺乏软骨的重新形成,且新形成的骨呈现出显著的变化。其主要的特征为:新形成的骨髓纤维性变占优势。激素诱发的继发性甲状旁腺机能亢进更加强了皮质内分泌素的早期分解代谢作用。
The mandibular condyle of a minor baboon was used to study the late effects of intra-articular injection of corticosteroids on the regeneration of cartilage and bone.
