人体白细胞的吞噬功能是机体早期效应的非特异性免疫机能。环境中有害的理化因素能使白细胞的吞噬功能减退。为了解污水灌田对人体健康的影响,我们对污灌区少年儿童的白细胞吞噬功能进行了测定。沈阳市沈抚灌区有30多年的灌溉历史。渠水主要来源于浑河和抚顺市石油厂的炼油废水。污灌水中石油类的检出量超过灌溉水质标准(10mg/1)1倍,而清灌水中石油类的检出量未超过标准。我们选择沈??抚灌区深井子乡为污染区,清灌区道义多为对照区。两地均为稻田区,其经济状况和居民生活习惯基本相同。采取整群抽样方法,选居住上述地区5年以上,食当地稻米(有免疫疾患者除外),其年龄、民族相同
