半刚性路面的非荷载型裂缝是我国高等级公路沥青路面的主要缺陷之一。在潮湿多雨的气候条件下,加上超载车的作用,这些裂缝会进一步发展为龟裂、网裂、翻浆、沉陷等病害,加速沥青路的破坏,严重影响了沥青路面的使用性能。对出现的裂缝及时进行开槽灌缝是一种行之有效的处理方法。本文结合高等级公路路面养护的实践,较系统地阐述了裂缝处理的工艺、灌缝胶材料选择、灌缝工艺和影响因素等。
Semi-rigid pavement of non-load-type cracks in high-grade highway asphalt pavement is one of the major defects. In wet and rainy weather, coupled with the role of overloading vehicles, these cracks will further develop into cracks, nets, spoons and subsidence and other diseases, accelerate the destruction of asphalt roads, and seriously affect the performance of asphalt pavement. The timely emergence of cracks and slotted irrigation is an effective method of treatment. In this paper, the practice of high-grade highway pavement maintenance, more systematically elaborated the crack treatment process, pouring glue material selection, pouring technology and influencing factors.
