本文通过对５０例卵巢恶性肿瘤病人淋巴细胞转移率和Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的观测，认为卵巢恶性肿瘤病人细胞免疫功能无低下的迹象，且淋巴细胞转移率较对照组有明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１）；含铂类化疗方案对机体细胞免疫机能无明显影响；化疗联合免疫治疗可提高ＯＫＴ３、ＯＫＴ４值（Ｐ＜０．０１），有增强免疫机能的作用。现有对卵巢癌细胞免疫机能研究的结果不太一致，提示有进一步深入探讨的必要。
In this paper, 50 cases of ovarian cancer patients with lymphocyte metastasis and T lymphocyte subsets were observed in patients with ovarian cancer cell immune function was no sign of low, and the lymphocyte metastasis rate was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0.01). The chemotherapy regimen containing platinum had no significant effect on cellular immune function. Chemotherapy combined with immunotherapy could increase the OKT3 and OKT4 values (P <0.01) and enhance the immune function. The existing findings on the immune function of ovarian cancer cells are not consistent, suggesting the need for further exploration.
