中国共产党第十六届代表大会于2002年11月8日至14日在北京隆重召开。这是我党在新世纪召开的第一次代表大会,也是我党在开始实施社会主义现代化建设第三步战略部署的新形势下召开的一次十分重要的代表大会。大会把“三个代表”重要思想同马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论一道确定为党的指导思想,提出了新世纪新阶段党和国家的奋斗目标和行动纲领。大会批准了江泽民
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was grandly held in Beijing from November 8 to November 14, 2002. This is the first congress that our party convened in the new century and is also a very important congress held under the new situation that our party began its implementation of the third strategic deployment of socialist modernization.
