随着我国经济的持续发展,房地产领域热度不减,房屋买卖过程中出现了很多新情况、新问题。合同撤销权诉讼是律师代理民事诉讼案件中的难点,房屋买卖合同有其特殊性,对律师的专业性要求更高。本文从撤销权的概念、特点入手,再通过对各类撤销权案例进行分析,把理论和实务相结合,化抽象为具体,对房屋买卖合同业务中的撤销权诉讼进行归纳总结,从而提高该类业务的实务操作能力。
