在脉冲进料和连续稳定进料两种条件下,对乙苯共沸换热器内,乙苯和水在竖直管内的流动混合状况进行了冷模实验研究。采用Fluent6.3软件对油水两相在垂直管内的流动混合过程进行了数值模拟,并将模拟结果与实验现象进行了对比分析。实验结果表明管内两相流动过程中分层现象比较严重,换热器结构有待改进。对于管内下部的流动情况,编写UDF程序模拟脉冲进料,欧拉模型的模拟结果与实验现象较为接近。
Under the conditions of pulsed feeding and continuous steady feeding, the cold mixing experiment of the flow mixing of ethylbenzene and water in the vertical tube was carried out in the ethylbenzene azeotropic heat exchanger. Fluent6.3 software was used to simulate the flow mixing process of oil-water two-phase in a vertical tube. The simulation results and experimental phenomena were compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the stratification phenomenon is serious during the two-phase flow in the tube, and the heat exchanger structure needs to be improved. For the flow in the lower part of the tube, a UDF program simulation pulse feed is prepared. The Euler model simulation results are close to the experimental ones.
