本文应用微量荧光法和放免法测定了135例新生儿硬肿症患儿血清维生素E(VE)和红细胞内超氧化物歧化酶(RBC-SOD)。结果显示:新生儿硬肿症血清VE浓度和RBC-SOD含量均明显低于正常对照(P<0.01),且随着硬肿程度的增加而降低。经治疗硬肿消退时,血清VE浓度较治疗前稍有下降,两者无统计学差异(P>0.05);RBC-SOD含量明显增加,但仍低于正常对照(P<0.05),提示新生儿硬肿症抗氧化能力不足,进一步探讨了血清VE和RBC-SOD降低的可能原因,建议应用抗氧化剂治疗,减轻脂质过氧化损伤,降低病死率。
In this paper, serum vitamin E (VE) and erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (RBC-SOD) were measured in 135 neonates with sclerodema by fluorescence and radioimmunoassay. The results showed that serum VE concentration and RBC-SOD content in neonatal scleredema were significantly lower than those in normal control (P <0.01), and decreased with the degree of sclerosis. After treatment of sclerosis subsided, serum VE concentration decreased slightly compared with before treatment, there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); RBC-SOD content increased significantly, but still lower than the normal control (P <0.05 ), Suggesting that neonatal scleredemia antioxidant capacity is not enough to further explore the serum VE and RBC-SOD may reduce the possible causes, the proposed application of antioxidants, reduce lipid peroxidation damage and reduce mortality.
