本文从改革开放、现代化和全球化三个方面考察研究了新时期以来蒙古语城镇题材小说产生的社会文化背景。笔者认为,改革开放以来我国思想文化界打破了自我封闭状态、国家放松了对文艺工作的控制和市场经济体制的确立,给文学艺术的相对独立发展提供了方便;内蒙古地区城镇化速度的加快和现代主义的渗透以及全球化语境的影响,直接赋予了蒙古语城镇题材小说繁荣和发展的可能性。
This article examines the social and cultural background of Mongolian-urban novels since the new era from the aspects of reform, opening up, modernization and globalization. The author believes that since the reform and opening up, the ideological and cultural circles in our country have broken the self-enclosed state, the state has relaxed the control of literary and artistic work and the establishment of a market economy system, and has provided convenience for the relatively independent development of literature and art. The acceleration of urbanization in Inner Mongolia and The infiltration of modernism and the influence of the context of globalization have directly given the possibility of prospering and developing Mongolian urban novels.
