用DEN诱发大白鼠的肝癌,取其肝癌结节,采用组织培养法建成肝癌细胞株FSK 7901,FSK 7902。二株肝癌细胞染色体数目的主流范围在63~84,主流数在81。 FSK 7901株的主要特点是细胞排列紧密,小型肝癌细胞,分布于肝癌组织区内或边缘且有一定的规律。核旁嗜酸性区域明显,含有肾形畸形核的肝癌细胞较多。核仁的体积大而数量少。细胞数目的增加比FSK 7902慢。 FSK 7902株的主要特点是肝癌细胞排列疏松,小型肝癌细胞的分布没有规律,核旁嗜酸性区域比FSK 7901株内的少且不明显。含有圆形核的肝癌细胞多,即细胞核的畸形程度,没有FSK 7901株内的严重。核仁体积比FSK 7901株内的小,但数量多。细胞数目的增加比FSK 7901快。
DEN was used to induce liver cancer in rats, and the liver cancer nodules were obtained. Tumor cell lines FSK 7901 and FSK 7902 were established by tissue culture. The number of chromosomes in the two hepatocellular carcinoma cells ranged from 63 to 84 with a majority of 81. The main features of FSK 7901 strain are that the cells are arranged closely, and the small hepatocellular carcinoma cells are distributed in or around the liver cancer tissue and have certain regularities. Eosinophilic nuclei obvious region, with kidney-shaped deformity nuclear hepatoma cells more. Nucleolus bulky and a small number. Cell number increase slower than FSK 7902. The main features of FSK 7902 strain are loosely arranged hepatocellular carcinoma cells, irregular distribution of small hepatocellular carcinoma cells and less and less obvious nuclear eosinophilic regions than those in FSK 7901 strain. There are many liver cancer cells with round nuclei, that is, the degree of degeneration of the nucleus, which is not serious in the FSK 7901 strain. The volume of nucleolus was smaller but larger than that of FSK 7901 strain. Cell number increase faster than FSK 7901.
