调解类报道鞭笞假恶丑,弘扬真善美,消解负能量,传播正能量。也许没有远在天边的宏大情怀,但却是朝夕相处的寻常人生,具有深远而持久的舆论引导作用。调解类报道方兴未艾,正成为当下电视新闻的一种热门形态,这类报道强化了新闻的贴近性、服务性、可看性,几乎每个省级地面频道和城市台,分别以不同的体量和时段予以呈现。浙江电视台钱江频道《范大姐帮忙》栏目也从2013年8月正式推出《大姐调解室》专栏,力推调解类报道。经过一年的实践,目前《范大姐帮忙》栏目接听的热线每天数量超过200个,成为一个诉求、交流、服务的公益调解平台。
