铍中碳化铍一直以来采用电导法检测。由于该方法灵敏度低、准确性较差、难于适应现代检测的需求。红外法测定碳是目前检测的趋势。通过探索和努力,我们确定了测定条件,实现了用高频红外碳硫仪测定铍中碳化铍。此法有较高的准确性、精密度。
Beryllium beryllium carbide has always been used conductivity detection. Due to the low sensitivity and accuracy of this method, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of modern detection. Infrared determination of carbon is the current test trend. Through exploration and hard work, we determined the measurement conditions and realized the determination of beryllium carbide beryllium by high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer. This method has a higher accuracy, precision.
