海孜煤矿在百米井下客观条件差、安全难度大的不利条件下,用科技为安全“保驾”,取得显著效果。截止2003年3月17日,已顺利实现安全生产825天,跨入同类型矿井安全生产先进行列。 近年来,海孜煤矿井下的瓦斯、顶板、矿井水,不断威胁着矿井安全生产。海孜煤矿矿坚持“安全生产、预防为主”的指导思想,运用先进的技术超前防范安全事故。
